Service Rates

• We service most products that are still under warranty. Please see below for list of brands that we service Out-of-Warranty only.
• For all non-warranty service calls, our service rate is based on your particular appliance.
• There is an additional $20.00 fee for all service calls on an military base, due to additional time required for security check.

The service rate covers our technician's trip to your home and diagnoses of your appliance. You will receive an estimate from our technician which will include parts, sales tax, and labor to repair your appliance before the repair is performed.

Payment is due on our technician's first visit.

Special Orders

Our technicians have over 2000 parts on the service vehicles and we complete service calls on the first call 90% of the time. However, if parts require a special order, we do require payment in full at the time you commit to the repair.

Service Rate Details

Service Rates range from $79.95 to $99.95, depending on the appliance product.

In the list of appliance products (below), the appliances with an asterisk (*) have a service rate of $99.95 as these brands/units are more complex to diagnose and repair. All other appliances have a service rate of $79.95.

More About Service Rates

The rates for providing competent appliance service in your home cannot be determined solely by the time it takes the technician to make the repairs.

• Our costs begin with the salary of the professional technician who provides the service
• Our technicians are trained and provided with state-of-the art equipment to assess your appliance
• Our technicians come to your home to make service and repairs convenient to you
• Since a technician typically spends less than half his time in customers' homes, our operating costs for each hour in your home is considerably greater then the technician's hourly wage

All of these factors are included in determining fair service rates.

When a technician assesses and repairs your appliance, this would not be possible without his many years of training, his continuing studies to keep abreast latest appliance issues, and our expense of maintaining an adequately equipped and staffed business. Therefore, our service rates are based on the technician's knowledge and skills, plus a share of our cost of business, and not simply for the few minutes he spends with you.
