Dryer Maintenance and Free Vent Line Inspection: $109.95 |
| Dryer: Inspect belts, temperatures, drum supports, and vacuum cabinet & blower housing. |
| Vent Line: Inspect for proper connection to dryer and adequate
airflow from dryer to the end of the vent line, and check use of proper venting
materials. If appropriate, we will provide an estimate for vent cleaning or replacement
of the vent line.* |
| Refrigeration Maintenance: $109.95 |
| Inspect bulbs, temperatures, door seals, fan motors, and clean the condenser. |
| Washer & Dryer Maintenance and Vent Line Inspection: $109.95** |
| Washer: Inspect belts and hoses for water and/or oil leaks. |
| Stainless Steel Washer Hoses: Available at $19.95/each. |
| Dryer: Inspect belts, temperatures, drum supports, vacuum cabinet and blower housing. |

| Clean evaporator plate with approved ice machine cleaner, vacuum the condenser, check the condenser fan motor for proper operation, clean spray nozzles, check for proper water levels in reservoir, check spray pump and all drain lines.

*Vent cleaning or replacement cost will be determined by
our technician after a vent line inspection.
Please Note: White plastic venting
is against the fire safety code and will not be cleaned; instead, we will recommend
an appropriate replacement.
